As we continue to grow, we are looking for team members who are passionate about patient care, style, and creating a welcoming clinic experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for fashion, and is interested in the optical field. The Frame Stylist / Optometric Assistant plays a key role in both the patient experience and the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Frame Styling & Patient Experience

  • Guide patients in selecting frames that suit their face shape, lifestyle, and personal style
  • Recommend lens options, coatings, and upgrades based on patient needs and prescriptions
  • Ensure patients feel confident and comfortable throughout their visit
  • Deliver a friendly, professional, and personalized experience

Optometric Assistant Duties

  • Assist with pre-testing (autorefraction, tonometry, etc.) as needed
  • Support doctors and team members with patient flow and clinic operations
  • Help with contact lens training and patient education (insertion, removal, care)

Optical Support

  • Take basic optical measurements (PD, frame fitting adjustments)
  • Receive, inspect, and organize eyewear orders
  • Perform minor adjustments and fittings

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
  • Check patients in and out, process payments (POS system)
  • Answer phones, return voicemails, and respond to emails
  • Enter and manage orders within Visual Eyes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and optical displays
  • Support inventory organization and merchandising

  • Interest in fashion, eyewear, and styling
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Previous optical or clinic experience is an asset, but not required
